Section 3-5-1503 - Disposition of auction proceeds

The proceeds from the sale of wine sold at a charitable auction as authorized by this subchapter shall be deposited into the account of the charitable organization that holds the temporary wine charitable auction permit.Acts 2005, No. 1157, § 1.
