Section 3-5-208 - Duration of state permits

(a) Permits issued under the provisions of § 3-5-206 for the privilege of doing business as mentioned in § 3-5-206 shall be for an indeterminate period.(b) The permit fees levied by § 3-5-205 shall be paid annually as therein provided.
