Section 3-5-702 - Officers

At the first meeting of the Arkansas Wine Producers Council, it shall select from its membership a chair and vice-chair and any other officers it may deem necessary or appropriate to effectively carry out its responsibilities.Acts 1983, No. 912, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-650.
