There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State the Arkansas Agricultural Marketing Grants Fund, into which shall be paid the fees specified by § 19-6-839(b) and such moneys as may be provided by law to be used for making payments of grants to eligible Arkansas wineries under this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 1050,§ 3, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1985, No. 681, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-654; Acts 2003 (1st Ex.
