Section 3-7-103 - Penalty - Revocation

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 3-7-101 - 3-7-104 and 3-7-106 - 3-7-110 shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).Acts 1935, No. 109, § 11; Pope's Dig., § 14183; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-409; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 32.
