Section 3-8-207 - Mandamus of county officials

Upon petition of ten (10) interested legal voters in the territory affected, filed with the circuit clerk of the county in which proceedings are pending, the circuit court shall immediately by mandamus compel the county court or other officials to perform the duties imposed upon them under the provisions of this subchapter.
