Section 3-8-308 - Applicability of election laws - Violations

(a) If, at any election provided for in this act, any person shall vote who is not entitled to vote under the laws of this state at elections for county officers, he or she shall be punished as for a violation of the general laws on elections.(b) All general laws to protect the purity of elections shall be applicable to this act.Acts 1935, No. 108, Art. 7, § 11; Pope's Dig., § 14158; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-817.
