The Arkansas Ethics Commission shall have the same power and authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter as are provided the commission under §§ 7-6-217 and 7-6-218 for the enforcement of campaign finance laws.Added by Act 2013, No. 1432,§ 7, eff. 8/16/2013.
