(a) All petitions, notices, certificates, or other documentary evidence of procedural steps taken under this subchapter shall be filed and preserved.(b) Petitions with signatures shall be retained for two (2) years after submission to the county clerk.Added by Act 2015, No. 1251,§ 5, eff. 7/22/2015.
