(a) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 3-9-201 - 3-9-214, 3-9-221 - 3-9-225, and 3-9-232 - 3-9-237 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.(b) Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.(c) The Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to suspend, cancel, or revoke the permit of any permittee so convicted.Acts 1969, No. 132, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-1416; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 336.
