If any cafe or restaurant licensed to sell wine as authorized in this subchapter shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter or any of the provisions of other laws of this state regarding the sale of wine at retail, the owner or operator of the cafe or restaurant shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 1965, No. 120, § 6; 1971, No. 441, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-631; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 376.
