Section 3-9-604 - Prohibited acts

A holder of a license authorizing the sale of wine or hard cider, or both, for consumption on the premises where sold or a servant, agent, or employee of the licensee shall not do any of the following upon the licensed premises:(1) Knowingly sell wine or hard cider to a minor;(2) Knowingly sell wine or hard cider to a person while the person is in an intoxicated condition;(3) Sell wine or hard cider upon the licensed premises or permit wine or hard cider to be consumed thereon on any day or at any time when the sale or consumption is prohibited by law; or(4) Permit on the licensed premises any disorderly conduct, breach of the peace, or any lewd, immoral, or improper entertainment, conduct, or practices.Amended by Act 2019, No. 691,§ 28, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1999, No. 856, § 5.
