Section 4-5-119 - Applicability

This chapter applies to a letter of credit that is issued on or after August 1, 1997. This chapter does not apply to a transaction, event, obligation, or duty arising out of or associated with a letter of credit that was issued before August 1, 1997.Acts 1997, No. 1070, § 9; 2001, No. 1439, § 14.
