Section 4-18-307 - Requirements for unit pricing

The Uniform Unit Pricing Regulation as adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, 'Uniform Laws and Regulations,' and supplements thereto or revisions thereof, shall apply to unit pricing in the state, as adopted, or amended and adopted, by rule of the State Plant Board.Acts 2001, No. 587, § 7.
