Section 4-18-310 - Requirements for type evaluation

The Uniform Regulation for National Type Evaluation as adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, 'Uniform Laws and Regulations,' and supplements thereto or revisions thereof, shall apply to type evaluation in the state, as adopted, or amended and adopted, by rule of the State Plant Board.Acts 2001, No. 587, § 10.
