(a) A box nine inches (9') deep, twelve inches (12') wide, and twenty inches (20') long constitutes a lawful bushel measure for apples.(b) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be assessed a civil penalty consistent with § 4-18-323.Acts 2005, No. 914, § 5.
