Section 4-25-108 - Eligibility to receive county grants

Before an unincorporated association is eligible to receive a grant administered by the county, the association shall provide the county judge a list of six (6) names and addresses of officers and directors of the association, along with a letter signed by the president and the secretary of the association authorizing a specific officer of the association to receive funds on behalf of the association.Acts 1997, No. 534, § 1.
