Section 4-26-106 - Certificates of Secretary of State to be received in evidence

A certificate of the Secretary of State under the Great Seal of Arkansas, as to the existence or nonexistence of facts relating to corporations which would not appear from a certified copy of any documents on file in his or her office shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts therein stated.Acts 1965, No. 576, § 94; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-118.
