Section 4-26-404 - Renewal of registered name

Any foreign corporation which has in effect a registration of its corporate name may renew the registration from year to year by annually filing an application for renewal setting forth the facts required to be set forth in an original application for registration and a certificate of good standing as required for the original registration and by paying the fee prescribed by law. If the registration has expired, a new application for registration may be filed and granted under § 4-26-403.Acts 1965, No. 576, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-110.
