Section 4-26-606 - Payment of expenses of organization, reorganization, financing, etc

The reasonable charges and expenses of organization or reorganization of a corporation and the reasonable expenses of and compensation for the sale or underwriting of its shares may be paid or allowed by the corporation out of the consideration received by it in payment for its shares without rendering such shares not fully paid and nonassessable.Acts 1965, No. 576, § 22; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-207.
