Section 4-26-621 - Contractual restriction on dividends

Nothing in this chapter shall impair the right of a corporation to restrict, through a valid loan agreement, the payment of dividends or the making of distributions in partial liquidation.Acts 1965, No. 576, § 47; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-404.
