It is the purpose of this subchapter to provide access for a state business portal to facilitate interaction among businesses and governmental agencies located in this state by allowing businesses to conduct necessary transactions with various governmental agencies through use of a state business portal.Added by Act 2015, No. 1190,§ 2, eff. 7/22/2015.
