Section 4-27-201 - Incorporators

(a) One (1) or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by delivering articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State for filing.(b) One (1) or more natural persons who are between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age shall have a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to serve on his or her behalf as an incorporator of a corporation by executing and filing according to § 4-27-120 articles of incorporation for the corporation.Amended by Act 2017, No. 992,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1987, No. 958, § 64-201.
