As used in this subchapter, the terms 'corporation', 'foreign corporation', 'not-for-profit corporation', and 'board of directors' shall have the same meaning as stated in the definition of those terms in § 4-28-202.Acts 1983, No. 614, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-1933.
