All registration fees collected by the Secretary of State under this subchapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury, and the Treasurer of State shall credit them as general revenues to the various funds in the respective amounts to each and to be used as provided in the Revenue Stabilization Law, § 19-5-101 et seq.Amended by Act 2017, No. 727,§ 14, eff. 1/1/2018.Acts 1999, No. 1198, § 15.
