(a) Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to amend, repeal, or supersede all or any part of the Medical Corporation Act, § 4-29-301 et seq., or Dental Corporation Act, § 4-29-401 et seq., and insofar as those acts are concerned in relation to this subchapter, this subchapter shall be construed as being optional.(b) This subchapter shall also be optional to other professional corporations now legally doing business in the State of Arkansas.Acts 1963, No. 155, § 18; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-2018.
