Each individual employee licensed pursuant to the laws of this state to engage in his or her profession who is employed by a corporation subject to this subchapter shall remain subject to reprimand or discipline for his or her conduct under the provisions of the laws or rules governing or applicable to his or her profession.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 112, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1963, No. 155, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-2016.
