Section 4-30-114 - Annual reports

Each corporation organized under the provisions of this chapter shall make an annual report to the Secretary of State, as is required of other corporations. However, the cooperative corporation shall be required to report the names of its stockholders and the amount of the stock owned by each for such years only as may be required by the Secretary of State.Acts 1921, No. 632, § 10; Pope's Dig., § 2271; Acts 1969, No. 39, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-1511.
