Section 4-30-116 - Organization, ownership, control, etc

An association organized or existing hereunder may organize, form, operate, own, control, have an interest in, own stock of, or be a member of any corporation or association, with or without capital stock, engaged in any of the activities authorized under this chapter, whether formed under this or any other act of this or any other state.
