(a) Bonds shall be executed by the manual or facsimile signature of the president of the water authority and by the manual or facsimile signature of the secretary of the water authority.(b) In case an officer whose signature appears on the bonds shall cease to be an officer before the delivery of the bonds, his or her signature shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes.(c) If there is a seal, the bonds shall be sealed with the seal of the water authority.Acts 2003, No. 1330, § 3.
