(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice, and electronic transmission.(b) Delivery to the Secretary of State is effective only when a record is received by the Secretary of State.Added by Act 2021, No. 1041,§ 26, eff. 7/28/2021.
