Section 4-38-710 - Judicial review of denial of reinstatement

(a) If the Secretary of State denies a limited liability company's application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, the Secretary of State shall serve the company with a notice in a record that explains the reasons for the denial.(b) A limited liability company may seek judicial review of denial of reinstatement in the circuit court not later than 30 days after service of the notice of denial.Added by Act 2021, No. 1041,§ 26, eff. 7/28/2021.
