Section 4-38-904 - Amendment of foreign registration statement

A registered foreign limited liability company shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:(1) the name of the company;(2) the company's jurisdiction of formation;(3) an address required by § 4-38-903(4); or(4) the information required by § 4-38-903(5).Added by Act 2021, No. 1041,§ 26, eff. 7/28/2021.
