Section 4-59-402 - Fraudulent issuance of receipt containing false statement

A warehouseman or any officer, agent, or servant of a warehouseman, who fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt for goods, knowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1915, No. 273, § 51; C. & M.
