Section 4-71-217 - Fees

(a) The Secretary of State shall by rule prescribe the fees payable for the various applications and recording fees and for related services.(b) Unless specified by the Secretary of State, the fees payable in this subchapter are not refundable.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 128, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1997, No. 1109, § 17.
