Section 4-74-110 - Seller may not continue business after sale

A person conducting a going-out-of-business sale licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall not, upon conclusion of the sale, continue to conduct a similar business at the same location or address at which the going-out-of-business sale was conducted.Acts 1983, No. 297, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-5506.
