The purpose of this subchapter is to ensure that the express warranty provided by a manufacturer against defective asphalt roof shingles is available to a homeowner and any subsequent homeowner to prevent misleading and deceptive business practices in the sale of asphalt roof shingles.Added by Act 2017, No. 487,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
