As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Asphalt roof shingles' means a roof-covering material or product that is installed on a roof of a single-family dwelling;(2) 'Homeowner' means the initial owner and any subsequent owner of a single-family dwelling;(3) 'Manufacturer' means an entity that is engaged in the manufacturing of asphalt roof shingles; and(4) 'Single-family dwelling' means a dwelling constructed for habitation by one to four (1-4) families.Added by Act 2017, No. 487,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
