A monopoly, as defined in § 4-75-301, is declared to be unlawful and against public policy, and any and all persons, firms, corporations, or association of persons engaged therein shall be deemed and adjudged to be guilty of a conspiracy to defraud and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in this subchapter.Acts 1905, No. 1, § 5, p. 1; C. & M.
