Section 4-75-308 - Precedence of actions under subchapter

All actions authorized and brought under this subchapter shall have precedence on motion of the Attorney General, of all other business, civil and criminal, except criminal cases where the defendants are in jail.Acts 1905, No. 1, § 11, p. 1; 1913, No. 161, § 1; C. & M.
