Section 4-75-903 - Penalties

Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for each day the violation or noncompliance continues.Acts 1981, No. 606, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 70-1105; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 42.
