It is a violation of this chapter for any person to advertise his or her services using the terms 'notario ' or 'notario publico', or any similar term, unless the person is a notary public as defined in this subchapter and the person complies with the notice requirements in § 4-109-103.Acts 2005, No. 66, § 1.
