A person who violates this chapter or who knowingly purchases a prepaid mobile device or wireless communication services for a minor or provides funds to a minor for the purpose of purchasing a prepaid mobile device or refilling a prepaid mobile device with wireless communication services on a previously purchased prepaid mobile device shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined no less than one hundred dollars ($100).Added by Act 2019, No. 1053,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
