A local government or any political subdivision of the state shall not establish, mandate, or otherwise require an online marketplace to verify information from a high-volume third-party seller on a one-time or ongoing basis or disclose information to consumers about a high-volume third-party seller.Added by Act 2021, No. 555,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
