Section 4-87-102 - Statute of limitations

Any action brought under the provisions of this chapter may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state during a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of occurrence of the violation.Acts 1975, No. 566, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 70-928.
