Section 4-88-1104 - Enforcement

Any violation of this subchapter may be enforced under the powers of the office of the Attorney General under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, § 4-88-101 et seq., including without limitation all enforcement powers.Added by Act 2023, No. 278,§ 2, eff. 3/13/2023.
