Section 4-90-301 - Legislative intent

This subchapter is intended to apply only to parts that are aftermarket crash parts as defined in this subchapter and to the documents prepared in the repair estimate process. It is not intended to apply to any mechanical automotive parts or used parts of any kind or to any invoice or final invoicing forms.Acts 1991, No. 1209, § 5.
