Section 5-5-405 - Destruction

When the Executive Director of the State Crime Laboratory determines that any weapon or ammunition transferred or donated pursuant to a provision of this subchapter is no longer useful to the State Crime Laboratory, the weapon, piece of weapon, or ammunition shall be destroyed.Acts 1995, No. 202, § 1.
