Section 5-18-105 - Enhanced liability of an organization

In addition to any other statutorily authorized sentence or fine, an organization convicted of an offense under this chapter is subject to any combination of the following:(1) A suspension or revocation of a license, permit, or prior approval granted to the organization by a state or local government agency;(2) A court order to dissolve or reorganize; and(3) Other relief as is equitable.Added by Act 2013, No. 133,§ 3, eff. 8/16/2013.Added by Act 2013, No. 132,§ 3, eff. 8/16/2013.
