Section 5-26-413 - Temporary support order

At any time before a trial or pending appeal, upon motion of a complainant and upon notice to the defendant, the court may:(1) Enter a temporary support order as it deems just, providing for the support of a neglected spouse or child, pendente lite; and(2) Punish for violation of the temporary support order as for contempt.Acts 1951, No. 67, § 5; 1953, No. 242, § 5; 1981, No. 633, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2452.
